Starting
a new account
You can't create an account yourself, we have to do
that for you. If you wish to open an account with J&K

Editing
your details
If you are an existing customer but a first time user
of this facility, your order history with us will be
stored here.
We strongly recommend you click in ‘Edit your
details’ to set you own unique username and password
which is then encrypted by our system for total security.
No one else will be able to access your details but
you.
You can change your details as often as you like while
you are a customer with us and they will be updated
on our system immediately.
Logging
out
Always remember to log out when you have finished using
the management area as this will close the data entry
and ensure any information you have put in or changed
is recorded and stored correctly.
Your
order history
Viewing
your order history
Every time you place an order with us, we store the
data contained within that order for your future use
and to help make shopping online easier.
This
information will not be used for any other purpose than
for the management of your dealings with J&K Aquatics
Ltd and to aid the smooth running of any transactions
you undertake with us. We will not lease rent or sell
on your data to any third party under any circumstances.
This is our guarantee.
Using
your order history to make shopping easier
Once you have accessed your order history by clicking
the ‘view order history’ button, you can
do several things with it.
Clicking
on the left hand basket reference number brings up the
actual content of the basket from which you can pick
previous items and add them to a current basket.
If
the contents are no longer relevant you can delete them
using the ‘delete’ function in the right
hand column.
This
means that for regular orders you do not need to browse
the shop at all, just pick what you need from your previous
baskets and go straight to the checkout… speedy!
Your
saved baskets
Saving
your shopping baskets with us
You can save your current shopping basket using this
function for future use or just for a reference of what
groups of products you have purchased previously.
This
will allow you to set up regular orders where you are
purchasing the same supplements on an ongoing basis
and means you do not have the job of scrolling through
the shop catalogue finding the same supplements each
month.
If
you are using it for the first time, when you get to
the checkout page of your order, you will notice you
have the option to save the current basket so creating
a securely stored record of it in your customer account
area. It is accessible only by you when you need the
information within it.
We
do not store your credit card information in this data
so we will still need this information each time you
place a new or duplicate order.
If
you wish, you can give your shopping list a unique name
so you recognise it when you return.
Then when you click on the ‘saved baskets’
link below you can make any of the saved versions into
your current basket making shopping very quick and easy
indeed!
